Project Lifecycle

The basic life cycle of any project evolves over four sequential phases starting with ‘Planning and Analysis’ in the graphic below.   There are evaluation and approval points between these phases, often called ‘gates’.  Smaller projects may move clearly from one phase to the next, while larger projects may be ‘pipelined’ with portions of the project moving from phase to phase independently.

To ensure the successful delivery of our clients’ solutions, we have developed some common management practices and associated documents which we use throughout the project life cycle.  We are diligent with our approach but also offer flexibility based on the needs of our client and the specific project.
