This ISO-9002 certified manufacturing company needed to develop and implement a new IT Strategy. As part of that process we helped Red Lion decide which of their internal systems to keep and which one to replace. Our consultants worked closely with them to select off-the-shelf packages for their accounting and CRM needs. Afterwards, we integrated all of their current systems.
